SQUARE GRIDD & OUR SPECIALIST BRANDS

Website terms

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These website terms apply to the informational websites of SQUARE GRIDD and its bobTech, bobDesign, bobVisuals and bobXR brands. For questions, contact getintouch@squaregridd.com.

Information and enquiries

Our websites introduce our services and provide ways to contact us. Descriptions and illustrations are general information. They do not constitute a quotation, an offer to enter a contract or a guarantee of a particular result, price or delivery date.

Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking or create a project agreement. Project scope, fees, payment milestones, timelines, revisions, confidentiality and deliverable rights must be agreed separately in writing. These website terms do not replace an agreed client contract.

Website content and intellectual property

Website content, branding and artwork belong to SQUARE GRIDD or their respective owners or licensors. You may view and share links to our public pages. Permission is required to reproduce our branding or content for commercial use, except where applicable law allows it. No ownership in website content transfers by browsing it.

Responsible use

Please do not interfere with website security or availability, impersonate another person, or use our contact channels for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity. Only share material you are entitled to provide and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

External services and availability

Links to WhatsApp, email applications and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their operation or availability.

We aim to keep our information accurate, but pages and services may change and occasional errors or interruptions may occur. Please confirm information that is important to your project directly with us. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and contact

Our privacy notice explains how browsing and enquiry information is handled. SQUARE GRIDD is based in Hyderabad, India. Contact us at getintouch@squaregridd.com or +91 90597 23510 for website questions or concerns.

Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms as our websites develop. The date above identifies this version. Changes here do not automatically change a separately agreed client contract.
